John Ritchie, Principal
John Ritchie has 24 years of experience developing multifamily residential projects and has been actively involved in the design, development and construction of more than 1000 new homes in British Columbia and Alberta. While he has extensive knowledge in the development of communities consisting of hundreds of homes, he has chosen to specialize in small to mid size communities where his team can pay attention to the details and provide his buyers with a tailored and personalized customer experience.
Katelyn Hollenbeck, Development Coordinator
After graduating from Bishops University with degrees in Finance and Economics, Katelyn began her career with the Bank of Montreal before joining Springbank in 2010. She is responsible for the overall direction of the company’s day to day operations as well as playing a vital role in the development process.
