While we have experience in the design and construction of
communities consisting of hundreds of homes, we have chosen to specialize in
small to mid size communities where we can pay attention to the details and
give our customers individual service.
We are members of the
Urban Development Institute and the
Greater Vancouver Homebuilders association . We are registered with
National Home Warranty and with the Home Owner Protection Office as
registered builders.
John Ritchie has
22
years experience developing multifamily residential projects and Hermann
Rubzow has
29
years experience as a project manager and development manager on
commercial, institutional and residential projects. Together we have built over
1000 new homes in British Columbia and Alberta.
We are happy to fill a niche in the townhome market by building
smaller intimate communities in carefully chosen locations and applying the
same professionalism that our customers would expect from a larger developer.
